Individual Support

Our number one priority as young ones is to stay attached to our family system at all costs, and so we are shaped according to its needs, not ours. As a result of this, and other early experiences, we begin to splinter off parts of ourselves in order to stay connected to those around us. Later, as adults, we may begin to feel disconnected from ourselves and others which can lead to profound emotional, physical, and mental disorder. Fortunately, it is possible to reclaim these parts which have been discarded and in so doing make the profound journey back home to ourselves.
